This concept never really saw the light of day, but I've always had a soft spot for it. Inspired off of the cover for the excellent Dark Knight Returns, one of my favourite Batman stories, and of course taking a spin on a certain group of well known turtles.
The Radical Radioactive Samurai Numbats.
They live off sandwiches, and if you're lucky, you might spot them if you visit their secret hideout at Hoagie's Smoked BBQ Sandwiches. The Kitchen Gremlin won't let you near the hideout itself, but he might sell you a mouth-watering sandwich and spill lore on the Numbats.
You'll also get to see the phenomenal Numbats mural by the just as wickedly awesome BooGee Bros!
