When the mad, kitchen gremlin at Hoagie's Smoked BBQ Sandwiches resurrected his fan favourite rib sandwich, I knew it needed a poster that differed wildly from the rest. Inspired by the art and posters from original Pulp novellas and films, I envisioned "La Costilla" as some weird cryptid, floating along. It's ribs outstretched, ready to devour any it finds wandering dark lanes and alleys at night. Some screaming thing, wanting your bones. It needs your bones.
